We’re excited to announce a major upgrade to our website’s functionality!
We’ve added a new feature to our website — an online sequence identification tool!
You can now submit sequences directly on the site and receive taxonomic identification results instantly.
Note:
- The tool only identifies submitted sequences — it does not re-annotate reference data or update metadata.
- We do not store user data. All submitted sequences are automatically deleted after a short retention period.
