The FASTA releases may be used for taxonomy assignment via the DADA2 classifier. The files can be downloaded by clicking on the hyperlinks in the following table.

Important note: For unzipping files in Windows, install 7-Zip software. If you are working in HPC, use the P7zip package to unzip the files.
