General FASTA
The general FASTA releases may be used for taxonomy assignment via the BLAST and as a reference database for reference-based chimera filtering. The files can be downloaded by clicking on the hyperlinks in the following table.
Note: For Windows users using the ITS version, the 7zip or Winrar program must be installed to unzip the file.
